Naboo Review: Who It's For
Naboo presents itself as one vendor for every corporate event, with sourcing, booking and supplier payments handled through its platform and team. That model is built for companies that want spend control across many events. A team planning one tailor-made offsite with a local planner may want a different route.
Naboo at a glance: ratings and review coverage
We checked the three review sites below in a browser on October 26, 2026, using the listing for Naboo the events company. A G2 product and a Capterra product with similar names belong to other companies, so they are left out.
| Source | What we found (checked October 26, 2026) | How to read it |
|---|---|---|
| G2 | Listed as "Naboo - For all your meetings and events." with no reviews yet | There is no score to cite yet. |
| Capterra | Listed as "Naboo - For all your meetings and events." with no reviews yet | There is no score to cite yet. |
| Trustpilot | 4.3 out of 5 from 26 reviews, for naboo.app | This is the only one of the three with enough reviews to cite a score. |

What Naboo is
Naboo's US homepage is titled "Corporate events, one vendor, full spend control" and leads with "One platform for every corporate event." It sums up the service this way: "Tell us what you need. We source and compare the options, book as your single vendor and pay the suppliers. Any size, no minimum spend." (naboo.app, checked October 26, 2026).
The model covers the whole purchase. Naboo's services page says, "From finding the venue to paying the last invoice, Naboo covers every step of your corporate events." It offers several levels of help, from "Venues and suppliers found and negotiated for you. You run the event." to "Large-scale events, designed and run by experts." (naboo.app/en-us/services). On payment, Naboo says it is "your single vendor of record, centralizing contracts and paperwork", and that customers can "Use your own purchasing process: a PO via punch-out, a Naboo Corporate Card, or any other method."
Naboo's own press release describes the company as "an AI-powered corporate events (MICE) procurement platform" and announces "a $70M Series B round led by Lightspeed Venture Partners" (Paris, February 10, 2026). The release says Naboo was "Founded in 2022 by Maxime Eduardo, Antoine Servant, Lucien Bredin and Jean-Louis Villeminot" (Naboo press release).
Naboo's about page says, "Today, three quarters of CAC 40 companies trust Naboo, and one in ten CAC 40 events is now booked there." Its homepage adds its own figures for venue partners, satisfaction and savings. These are Naboo's claims.
Who Naboo is for, and who it may not suit
Naboo is likely a good fit when:
- Procurement and finance are involved. Naboo's homepage speaks directly to buyers responsible for "getting more value from company spend across suppliers, savings, compliance and control."
- Your company runs many events and wants one process for all of them. Naboo invites buyers to "Extend the same process to every team and every event".
- You need to buy through your own purchasing setup, such as a PO via punch-out or a company card.
Naboo may be less of a fit when:
- You want a local planner who lives in the destination. Naboo's model centers on sourcing and buying through its platform and team, with what its homepage calls a "dedicated team on the ground", which is a different job from working with a planner based where you are going. That is the job Vantly is built for.
- You are one team planning one tailor-made offsite. Naboo says "Any size, no minimum spend", so small groups are not excluded. If you do not need procurement controls across many events, a local planner through Vantly can shape that single offsite around your group.
What people praise about Naboo
G2 and Capterra list no reviews for Naboo yet, so Trustpilot is the only one of the three sites with review text to draw on.
Trustpilot shows 26 reviews for Naboo, 25 of them from the last 12 months (checked October 26, 2026). The excerpts below are examples from five reviews posted between March and September 2026, not a summary of all of them. None of these five reviews names an event in the US: the reviewers are based in the UK, Germany and France, and the events they name took place in Morocco and France.
- Responsive, professional service. A reviewer in the UK wrote, "Extremely professional, always quick in answering any questions and performing tasks which I was not able to manage. Flexible and welcoming. A pleasure working with them." (September 30, 2026).
- Smooth logistics on the ground. Writing as a participant in an offsite in Marrakesh, a reviewer in France said, "As a participant, everything seemed seamless. We were picked up by shuttle buses right at the airport and were welcomed by really kind staff at the villas (each one with their own pool!)." (July 8, 2026).
- Help with a large group on short notice. Another reviewer in France said they organized a two-day summer retreat for 200 people in Vannes, France, with help from two people, one of them the event manager, when they had little time to plan it (March 11, 2026).
Trustpilot reviews also include complaints.
Watch-outs and thin coverage
- Pricing is not published. Naboo has no public pricing page, and no fee or commission rate appears on the pages we checked.
- US coverage beyond its New York office is not stated. Naboo has a New York office at 254 W 14th St, and its US site lists venue pages for US cities such as Chicago. Its about page says that after establishing itself in Europe, "Naboo now aims to conquer the American market." It does not say how large its US team is or which regions it covers on the ground.
- Review coverage rests on one site. G2 and Capterra have no reviews yet, and Trustpilot lists Naboo's contact country as France and its category as "Travel Agency".
- Some reviewers report uneven service. A reviewer in Germany described a mixed experience: the project passed between four different contacts. The second and third were "quite unresponsive", and the reviewer often had to reach out "three or four times", although it ended well thanks to one team member (September 4, 2026). Another reviewer in Germany wrote, "We had an absolutely disastrous experience with the naboo platform. The staff we dealt with were incompetent, completely annoyed, and only ever partially addressed our concerns." (July 1, 2026). Neither review names a US event.
Naboo pricing
Naboo does not publish a price list or a fee schedule. Its US pricing address returns a 404 error, and no fee or commission rate appears on the pages we checked (October 26, 2026). Naboo says "Any size, no minimum spend." and, on its about page, "Our prices are 100% transparent with no hidden costs, for a collaboration based on complete trust."
Venue pages on Naboo's site show nightly rates. Ask Naboo for a full quote for your dates and group.
When a local planner fits better
Naboo is strongest when a company wants one vendor, one purchasing process and spend control across many events. If what you actually want is someone who already lives in the destination and knows its venues and vendors firsthand, that is a different job, and it is the job Vantly is built for.
Vantly's local planners live and work in the region you are visiting. They know its venues, caterers and quieter corners, and they shape a tailor-made plan around your team rather than starting from a procurement workflow. Vantly works with more than 1,000 local planners across the US.
The local planner who shapes your plan can stay your contact from the first proposal to the day itself. Our intent is one vendor, one PO for the event, rather than a separate contract and deposit for every vendor. With Vantly you work with one local planner and pay one fee.
You start with a short brief: your team, your dates and what the offsite should achieve. Vantly matches that brief with a local planner, who produces a turnkey event proposal with prices. We send it within 48 hours, at no cost. Any price still waiting on a vendor's confirmation is marked as an estimate. For tips, read how to brief a local planner. Our sample events are examples only.
Frequently asked questions
Is Naboo good for small teams?
Naboo says "Any size, no minimum spend.", so small groups are not excluded. Confirm fit for a single small offsite with Naboo for your dates.
How much does Naboo cost?
Naboo does not publish a price list or fee schedule. Venue rates on its site are venue-specific, so ask Naboo for a full quote.
Does Naboo provide local planners?
Naboo's New York office page says, "The Naboo New York team organizes your events: venues, team building, and logistics on a single platform." Its homepage also promises a "dedicated team on the ground to deliver your events." The Naboo pages we checked do not describe planners based in each destination. That is a different model from a Vantly local planner who lives and works where you are going.
What size of team does Vantly work with?
Our sample events range from 7 to 80 guests, and a local planner can shape a plan around your own headcount.
How does Naboo compare with other offsite platforms?
BoomPop starts from a prompt on its AI-assisted events platform, with full-service planners available, while Naboo starts from your request. Our BoomPop vs Naboo comparison covers the pairing in detail.
