What is Flockable Events?
Flockable Events is a corporate event planning company based in Tampa, Florida, with events nationwide. Its about page names Ashley Shinkle as president and founder and describes nearly 20 years of designing and producing events, with a small senior team spread across Tampa and Texas. Its site lists conferences and conventions, incentive trips, board and executive meetings, product launches, retreats and team building, and galas and VIP experiences. Services run from destination and venue research and contract negotiation to online registration, audio visual production management, food and beverage planning, ground transportation, speaker and entertainment sourcing, sponsorship programs and on-site management. The site says clients can bring the team in for the whole event or just one piece, such as venue sourcing, and says it is an IATA accredited agency. The photos show a resort evening party with a live stage, a lit gala crowd, a string-lit outdoor reception, a vintage race car venue, a gala table setting, a lawn dinner and a trade show floor.
