What is Blank Space Events?

Blank Space Events + Production is a Colorado event planning and production company led by owner Elizabeth Restauri and based in Centennial, in the southern Denver metro. On its site, the firm describes itself as the newest evolution of Total Imagination Events, which Elizabeth founded in 2013, and its work today spans corporate events, destination management, live show production and a share of weddings. Company retreats are a recurring thread in the portfolio. For NOYO, a business with a remote workforce, the firm says it sources a convenient, inspiring destination each year and designs a retreat itinerary that balances working sessions with time together. Past NOYO destinations include Carlsbad, San Diego and Scottsdale, and the firm documents two of those retreats. In San Diego the team was hosted at Paradise Point, with dinners, boat cruises and beach club evenings. In Scottsdale, the program moved from a rooftop welcome at the Canopy by Hilton, facing Camelback Mountain, to days in an Old Town co-working space, a dinner at Scottsdale's Museum of the West and a closing night of indoor curling, candlepin bowling and axe throwing. Closer to home, Southern Glazer's Wine & Spirits of Colorado brings the firm back every year to plan and produce its annual achievement awards gala, rebuilt around a new theme each time, from a 1970s disco stage to a full Western night with trick roping on horseback. For these shows Blank Space handles both design and production, including video, graphics, walk-on music and live show calling. In Denver it also turned the Great Hall at Denver Union Station into a black-and-white dinner setting for TransMedics, and built a branded activation for The Wine Group at the Denver Food & Wine Festival. Further afield, the firm lists AAA Life Insurance incentive trips to Montreal, based at the Fairmont Queen Elizabeth, and to Casa Marina in Key West, closing with a Havana Nights gala at the Hemingway Home. For a Denver team that wants one partner to plan an offsite and also run the stage, Blank Space covers both sides.
