What is Events by Tauri?

Events by Tauri is a San Diego planning business run by Tauri, a San Diego native who describes decades of varied event experience, from corporate events and retreats to fundraisers, school groups and private celebrations. On its corporate page the firm says it is San Diego based but happy to travel, and it describes its focus plainly: personalized corporate retreats and YPO Forum retreats. According to the site, each retreat is shaped around the group's goals, whether a new team or forum is getting to know one another, a group wants to revisit its core values, or members simply want to build relationships through shared experiences. Tauri builds the retreat plan and brings an onsite team to oversee the details, so attendees can focus on their own agenda rather than the logistics. Two YPO forums from Chicago are quoted on the testimonials page; one says Tauri's team provides the service that makes its annual forum retreats what they are, and another credits the thoughtful planning, personal onsite management, a private chef and a wellness instructor. Beyond retreats, the corporate menu covers meetings and training, team building, presidents club programs, awards banquets, holiday parties, new launches and themed events. Clients can choose a full-service package, or, if they have already planned the essentials, hand over their vision and have Tauri's coordination team run the day itself. The firm also plans weddings and private events. On the about page, Tauri writes about building trust with clients so that working together feels like helping a friend, and about staying calm and resolving problems quietly when plans shift. For a small leadership group or forum planning a retreat in or around San Diego, it offers a personal, hands-on planner.
