What is HCH Event?
Heather Hall has run HCH Event in Park City since 2020 and has more than 20 years of experience producing corporate, luxury, incentive and destination events. HCH Event plans corporate retreats, incentive trips and executive gatherings across Park City and Deer Valley, and handles the mountain logistics that make them work: hotel and venue sourcing, lodging and transportation, offsite activities, ski and snowboard programs, and on-site staffing. Its brand work includes an exhibition booth for Sentient Lasers, and during Sundance 2025 Heather Hall worked on the Vizio Lounge and the YouTube Creator Lounge. On LinkedIn, Heather Hall lists Google and the Lindsey Vonn Foundation among HCH Event's clients, and the portfolio also shows a tented dinner at Utah Olympic Park.
