What is Operation Altitude?

Operation Altitude is a destination management company founded in 1997 by siblings Melissa and Todd Layton, with offices in Vail and Denver. It describes itself as "Colorado and Utah's premier event planning partner" and plans conferences, product launches and leadership summits, incentives and multi-day retreats, team building, executive dinners and corporate celebrations, with stage and AV design, speaker coordination and registration for its conferences. Its site lists destinations from Vail, Beaver Creek, Aspen and Breckenridge to Denver, Boulder and Colorado Springs, plus Park City and Deer Valley in Utah. It says it brings "30+ years of corporate event expertise" and "one consistent team from kickoff to event day." It says it plans for groups "whether for 50 executives or 2,000 professionals," with "No pre-set packages. No one-size-fits-all proposals."
