What is VIBE?
The VIBE Agency (VIBE) is a Miami corporate event agency founded in 2004 by Valérie Bihet, who was previously communications director at Disneyland Paris and Club Med North America. It describes itself as a full-service production and destination management agency, and its site says it has produced more than 2,000 corporate events since 2004. The work spans conferences and leadership summits, sales kickoffs and sales meetings, incentive travel, brand activations and product launches, and hybrid and virtual events, along with creative services. Case studies on its site include the 2026 Axway Summit in New Orleans, with product tracks, customer awards and a closing party at Mardi Gras World, a Sprint Training Series for Dior across 10 U.S. cities, L'Occitane's CxC hybrid conference and regional sales meetings in the U.S. and Canada, and VIP hospitality for TotalEnergies at FIA World Endurance Championship races in São Paulo and Austin. Eventex named Bihet among the 100 most influential people in the events industry in 2024 and 2025.
