Catskills creative inn — exclusive buyout
12–16 guests · about 2.3 hours from New York
Two hours from Manhattan, the northern Catskills open up: mountain air, quiet nights, and room to think. Trails and ridgelines for a midday reset, Windham and Hunter nearby when the team wants a lift or a downhill afternoon, farm stands and a serious food culture that actually feeds the table. It’s close enough for a Sprinter out of the city — far enough that Slack stops feeling urgent.
This package is a full buyout of a 16-room boutique inn built for that kind of gathering: one king room per person, art-filled commons, meeting spaces with AV and Wi-Fi, an infrared sauna and rooftop for the in-between hours, and the inn’s own restaurant doing chef-led breakfasts and long-table dinners. An on-site host welcomes you; ground transport from Manhattan is included. For teams of 12–16 who want privacy, single occupancy, and a place that feels like a creative house — not a conference wing. If this exact inn isn’t free, we match another with the same mood.
Where you stay
A boutique Catskills inn taken over for your group alone — sixteen ensuite king rooms, so everyone gets their own door. Art on the walls, long tables, private dining for the full team, meeting rooms ready with AV and free high-speed Wi-Fi. Wellness room with an infrared sauna, rooftop deck with mountain views, gardens for a walk between sessions. The inn’s restaurant cooks for you: breakfasts and dinners at the long table, rooted in what’s growing up here. Historic house: guest rooms are stairs-only; the restaurant and first floor are accessible. Exact layout confirmed on quote.

FAQ
How does the booking process work?
Pick a retreat that fits your team and tell us when you’re coming and how many. You’re then contacted by a local partner, who adjusts every detail with you and sends a custom quote covering the house, meals in the package, and everything else included. Once it feels right, you’re booked — one partner, nothing left to assemble.
How do I pay for my stay?
You pay Vantly, not the venue or a third party. After the quote is approved we send a secure payment link (card or bank transfer, depending on the booking). The balance and any deadline are on the quote so there’s no surprise invoice from someone else.
Will I be asked for a security deposit?
Most full-house buyouts hold a refundable security deposit against damage or extra charges. Whether it’s required, the amount, and when it’s released are listed on your quote — usually a card hold or separate charge, refunded after checkout if everything’s in order.
What are the cancellation terms?
Cancellation terms are on your quote and depend on how close you are to arrival and what the host requires. In general: cancel early and you keep most of what you’ve paid (minus a small fee); closer in, less is refundable; very late cancellations or no-shows are usually non-refundable. If we have to cancel for reasons outside your control, you get a full refund or a rebook.
