The Fireside Table
20–20 guests · about 2 hours from New York
Gather where the kitchen, garden, and long table set the pace. In a quiet corner of the Hudson Valley, this intimate farm estate invites your team to step out of the city and into a more generous rhythm: coffee together, a little purposeful work, time outdoors, and meals built around the season.
Across two nights, we’ll make room for new connections and the conversations that keep a team close.
Where you stay
Two welcoming country houses give the group the feeling of staying together while leaving room to retreat. Characterful bedrooms, shared living spaces, and views of the surrounding fields and gardens make it easy to move between quiet moments and time as a team.

FAQ
How does the booking process work?
Pick a retreat that fits your team and tell us when you’re coming and how many. You’re then contacted by a local partner, who adjusts every detail with you and sends a custom quote covering the house, meals in the package, and everything else included. Once it feels right, you’re booked — one partner, nothing left to assemble.
How do I pay for my stay?
You pay Vantly, not the venue or a third party. After the quote is approved we send a secure payment link (card or bank transfer, depending on the booking). The balance and any deadline are on the quote so there’s no surprise invoice from someone else.
Will I be asked for a security deposit?
Most full-house buyouts hold a refundable security deposit against damage or extra charges. Whether it’s required, the amount, and when it’s released are listed on your quote — usually a card hold or separate charge, refunded after checkout if everything’s in order.
What are the cancellation terms?
Cancellation terms are on your quote and depend on how close you are to arrival and what the host requires. In general: cancel early and you keep most of what you’ve paid (minus a small fee); closer in, less is refundable; very late cancellations or no-shows are usually non-refundable. If we have to cancel for reasons outside your control, you get a full refund or a rebook.
