The Lakeside Gathering
20–80 guests · about 1.5 hours from New York
Less than two hours from Manhattan, the Hudson Valley gives way to pine woods, open water, and a slower kind of day. Begin with coffee outside your cabin, come together in a light-filled space for the conversations that matter, then linger over a seasonal dinner shaped by the region’s farms and gardens.
We love this retreat for teams who want real time together. There is room for a focused morning, a playful afternoon outdoors, and an evening that unfolds at its own pace. We shape each two-night gathering around your people, your season, and the kind of connection you want to take home.
Where you stay
Settle into a collection of thoughtfully renovated cabins, cottages, and country houses among the pines. Some invite quiet mornings by the water; others bring a few colleagues together around a porch or fireplace after dinner. Warm interiors, comfortable beds, and beautifully updated bathrooms make this feel like summer camp grown up.

FAQ
How does the booking process work?
Pick a retreat that fits your team and tell us when you’re coming and how many. You’re then contacted by a local partner, who adjusts every detail with you and sends a custom quote covering the house, meals in the package, and everything else included. Once it feels right, you’re booked — one partner, nothing left to assemble.
How do I pay for my stay?
You pay Vantly, not the venue or a third party. After the quote is approved we send a secure payment link (card or bank transfer, depending on the booking). The balance and any deadline are on the quote so there’s no surprise invoice from someone else.
Will I be asked for a security deposit?
Most full-house buyouts hold a refundable security deposit against damage or extra charges. Whether it’s required, the amount, and when it’s released are listed on your quote — usually a card hold or separate charge, refunded after checkout if everything’s in order.
What are the cancellation terms?
Cancellation terms are on your quote and depend on how close you are to arrival and what the host requires. In general: cancel early and you keep most of what you’ve paid (minus a small fee); closer in, less is refundable; very late cancellations or no-shows are usually non-refundable. If we have to cancel for reasons outside your control, you get a full refund or a rebook.
