Puerto Rico Reset

7–14 guests · about 7 hours from New York

Puerto Rico’s sunny Atlantic edge — a private beach gate steps from turquoise water, a sparkling pool for long afternoons, and rainforest trails nearby when the group wants to move.

Best season for this reset is winter into early spring — roughly December through April, with February–April especially kind: warm days in the mid-80s°F, softer humidity, and fewer wet days than summer. Expect a tropical-coast rhythm year-round (trade winds, quick showers), not four temperate seasons. Official Atlantic hurricane season runs June–November (peak mid-August to mid-October), so summer and early-fall dates need a weather contingency — still beautiful when the sky clears, just plan flexible outdoor blocks.

This package is a turnkey company retreat for 7–14: exclusive buyout of a modern private beach house, a chef who comes to your kitchen for breakfasts and lunches, a private driver for SJU airport transfers and one San Juan dinner run, and a local host who welcomes the team. Flights into Puerto Rico are not included — the package starts when you land at SJU. At seven, everyone can have their own room; larger groups share and fill the house up to fourteen. The other evenings stay coastal — local shore restaurants a short hop from the house — so the group keeps the relaxed beach mood. If this exact house isn’t free, we match another private-shore home with the same sunny beach-gate feel.

Make the coastal restaurant nights feel distinctly Puerto Rican: share mofongo and seafood-filled alcapurrias, then toast the shore air with a piña colada or a cold Medalla Light. These island classics give the reset a genuine local rhythm while the house keeps the team’s beach mood easy and unhurried.

Where you stay

A modern private beach house on Puerto Rico’s sunny Atlantic edge: seven bedrooms and a real kitchen for your chef, living and dining commons for sessions, free parking, a private pool, and beach access right from the property. San Juan is within reach for one city night. For seven guests, plan one bedroom each; groups up to fourteen share rooms across the same house. Exact layout confirmed on quote — if this house isn’t available, we match another with the same private-shore-and-pool mood.

FAQ

How does the booking process work?

Pick a retreat that fits your team and tell us when you’re coming and how many. You’re then contacted by a local partner, who adjusts every detail with you and sends a custom quote covering the house, meals in the package, and everything else included. Once it feels right, you’re booked — one partner, nothing left to assemble.

How do I pay for my stay?

You pay Vantly, not the venue or a third party. After the quote is approved we send a secure payment link (card or bank transfer, depending on the booking). The balance and any deadline are on the quote so there’s no surprise invoice from someone else.

Will I be asked for a security deposit?

Most full-house buyouts hold a refundable security deposit against damage or extra charges. Whether it’s required, the amount, and when it’s released are listed on your quote — usually a card hold or separate charge, refunded after checkout if everything’s in order.

What are the cancellation terms?

Cancellation terms are on your quote and depend on how close you are to arrival and what the host requires. In general: cancel early and you keep most of what you’ve paid (minus a small fee); closer in, less is refundable; very late cancellations or no-shows are usually non-refundable. If we have to cancel for reasons outside your control, you get a full refund or a rebook.
