The Farm Plenary Kickoff
12–30 guests · about 1.5 hours from New York
A two-night exclusive Hudson Highlands farm kickoff for 12–30 — AV-ready plenary, library breakouts, partner farm-to-table meals, lakeside recognition dinner. Entire farm yours. About an hour and a half from Manhattan. Arrive Day 1, full Day 2, depart Day 3. One outcome: enablement with real privacy.
Where you stay
Two-night exclusive use of a Hudson Highlands working farm from check-in Day 1 through departure Day 3 — the entire property is yours, with no other groups. Living room for AV-equipped plenary; library and study for breakouts; dining room for working meals; lakeside boathouse for recognition dinners. Overnight across three guest houses. Program dining via curated catering partners — farm-to-table across both nights, not an on-site restaurant. Sprinter from Manhattan included.

FAQ
How does the booking process work?
Pick a retreat that fits your team and tell us when you’re coming and how many. You’re then contacted by a local partner, who adjusts every detail with you and sends a custom quote covering the house, meals in the package, and everything else included. Once it feels right, you’re booked — one partner, nothing left to assemble.
How do I pay for my stay?
You pay Vantly, not the venue or a third party. After the quote is approved we send a secure payment link (card or bank transfer, depending on the booking). The balance and any deadline are on the quote so there’s no surprise invoice from someone else.
Will I be asked for a security deposit?
Most full-house buyouts hold a refundable security deposit against damage or extra charges. Whether it’s required, the amount, and when it’s released are listed on your quote — usually a card hold or separate charge, refunded after checkout if everything’s in order.
What are the cancellation terms?
Cancellation terms are on your quote and depend on how close you are to arrival and what the host requires. In general: cancel early and you keep most of what you’ve paid (minus a small fee); closer in, less is refundable; very late cancellations or no-shows are usually non-refundable. If we have to cancel for reasons outside your control, you get a full refund or a rebook.
