The Glasshouse Workshop

8–16 guests · about 2 hours from New York

About two hours from Manhattan, this Catskills boutique campus is built for teams who make things together: a greenhouse hideaway for workshops and 1:1s, sunroom and hall for plenary, barn and tavern for evening energy. The on-site farm-to-table restaurant handles breakfasts and dinners for the group. An on-site host welcomes you; Sprinter from Manhattan is in the from-price.

Honest hold options for 8–16: take a partial room block (you share the campus with other guests), or book a full-campus buyout when you want the place to yourselves and real immersion. Private sleeping arrangements either way — one guest per bed, confirmed on quote. Wifi throughout, trails and pool when brains need air. If this exact campus isn’t free, we match another Catskills inn with greenhouse-or-maker commons and on-site dining.

FAQ

How does the booking process work?

Pick a retreat that fits your team and tell us when you’re coming and how many. You’re then contacted by a local partner, who adjusts every detail with you and sends a custom quote covering the house, meals in the package, and everything else included. Once it feels right, you’re booked — one partner, nothing left to assemble.

How do I pay for my stay?

You pay Vantly, not the venue or a third party. After the quote is approved we send a secure payment link (card or bank transfer, depending on the booking). The balance and any deadline are on the quote so there’s no surprise invoice from someone else.

Will I be asked for a security deposit?

Most full-house buyouts hold a refundable security deposit against damage or extra charges. Whether it’s required, the amount, and when it’s released are listed on your quote — usually a card hold or separate charge, refunded after checkout if everything’s in order.

What are the cancellation terms?

Cancellation terms are on your quote and depend on how close you are to arrival and what the host requires. In general: cancel early and you keep most of what you’ve paid (minus a small fee); closer in, less is refundable; very late cancellations or no-shows are usually non-refundable. If we have to cancel for reasons outside your control, you get a full refund or a rebook.
