The Mountain Meadow Day
12–20 guests · about 2.5 hours from New York
A premium Catskills day on a private mountain meadow — exclusive barn, pavilion, and deck for 12–20, partner-catered breakfast and lunch, Sprinter round-trip from Manhattan. Warm season only (typically late May through mid-October) — book inside that window. You gather for the day and return the same evening. One outcome: alignment under open sky, with room to breathe.
Where you stay
Day-only exclusive use of a private Catskills mountain farm — barn for plenary work, covered pavilion and cabin workspace for breakouts, mountaintop deck and open meadows for outdoor sessions and resets. Your team gathers for the day and returns to the city the same evening — no overnight stay. Breakfast and lunch by partner catering; wifi and AV available; outdoor meadow and deck access included. Available in the warm season only (typically late May through mid-October).

FAQ
How does the booking process work?
Pick a retreat that fits your team and tell us when you’re coming and how many. You’re then contacted by a local partner, who adjusts every detail with you and sends a custom quote covering the house, meals in the package, and everything else included. Once it feels right, you’re booked — one partner, nothing left to assemble.
How do I pay for my stay?
You pay Vantly, not the venue or a third party. After the quote is approved we send a secure payment link (card or bank transfer, depending on the booking). The balance and any deadline are on the quote so there’s no surprise invoice from someone else.
Will I be asked for a security deposit?
Most full-house buyouts hold a refundable security deposit against damage or extra charges. Whether it’s required, the amount, and when it’s released are listed on your quote — usually a card hold or separate charge, refunded after checkout if everything’s in order.
What are the cancellation terms?
Cancellation terms are on your quote and depend on how close you are to arrival and what the host requires. In general: cancel early and you keep most of what you’ve paid (minus a small fee); closer in, less is refundable; very late cancellations or no-shows are usually non-refundable. If we have to cancel for reasons outside your control, you get a full refund or a rebook.
