The Orchard Table

10–12 guests · about 1.8 hours from New York

Less than two hours from Manhattan, a private Hudson Valley mansion gives your team a single roof and a long table that becomes the center of the stay. A commuting private chef cooks breakfasts and dinners in the house kitchen; snacks and coffee stay stocked. An on-site host welcomes you; Sprinter round-trip from Manhattan is included in the from-price.

Built for 10–12: one person per bed (never shared), including a bunk room with twin beds when the group fills out — not twelve ensuite privates. Ensuite rooms, dining that seats the full group, a soaring great room for all-hands, plus a yoga studio and sauna when the afternoon needs a reset. Seasonal Hudson Valley produce sets the tone at the table. If this exact house isn’t free, we match another valley mansion with the same harvest-table mood.

Where you stay

A private Hudson Valley mansion taken over for your group alone: up to twelve beds so everyone has their own (never shared), including twin bunks in one room when you need them — layout confirmed on quote. Chef-grade kitchen, dining for the full table, soaring great room for sessions, wifi and base AV, yoga/fitness studio, sauna, and acres for outdoor breaks. If this house isn’t available, we match another with the same harvest-table feel and one-bed-per-person layout.

FAQ

How does the booking process work?

Pick a retreat that fits your team and tell us when you’re coming and how many. You’re then contacted by a local partner, who adjusts every detail with you and sends a custom quote covering the house, meals in the package, and everything else included. Once it feels right, you’re booked — one partner, nothing left to assemble.

How do I pay for my stay?

You pay Vantly, not the venue or a third party. After the quote is approved we send a secure payment link (card or bank transfer, depending on the booking). The balance and any deadline are on the quote so there’s no surprise invoice from someone else.

Will I be asked for a security deposit?

Most full-house buyouts hold a refundable security deposit against damage or extra charges. Whether it’s required, the amount, and when it’s released are listed on your quote — usually a card hold or separate charge, refunded after checkout if everything’s in order.

What are the cancellation terms?

Cancellation terms are on your quote and depend on how close you are to arrival and what the host requires. In general: cancel early and you keep most of what you’ve paid (minus a small fee); closer in, less is refundable; very late cancellations or no-shows are usually non-refundable. If we have to cancel for reasons outside your control, you get a full refund or a rebook.
