The Shoreline Assembly

12–13 guests · about 2.8 hours from New York

Two-and-a-half to three hours from Manhattan, this Jersey Shore beachfront house is yours alone: an enclosed ocean porch for sessions, family rooms for breakouts, and a full chef’s kitchen. A commuting private chef cooks breakfasts and dinners; an on-site host welcomes you; Sprinter round-trip from Manhattan is in the from-price.

Built for 12–13 with one guest per documented bed (13 beds — never sell a larger shared layout) under one roof — salt air between sessions, no hotel lobby. Stay length follows the house: 2 nights when allowed, or 3 nights when a seasonal minimum applies. Prefer shoulder seasons when the house is easiest to hold. If this exact house isn’t free, we match another Shore exclusive with the same salt-air mood — or shift dates.

Where you stay

A beachfront Jersey Shore house buyout with 13 documented beds and private sleeping arrangements: elevator, enclosed ocean porch for meetings, chef kitchen, family rooms, whole-house AV and wifi, parking for the group. Beach a short walk. Exact layout and bed plan confirmed on quote.

FAQ

How does the booking process work?

Pick a retreat that fits your team and tell us when you’re coming and how many. You’re then contacted by a local partner, who adjusts every detail with you and sends a custom quote covering the house, meals in the package, and everything else included. Once it feels right, you’re booked — one partner, nothing left to assemble.

How do I pay for my stay?

You pay Vantly, not the venue or a third party. After the quote is approved we send a secure payment link (card or bank transfer, depending on the booking). The balance and any deadline are on the quote so there’s no surprise invoice from someone else.

Will I be asked for a security deposit?

Most full-house buyouts hold a refundable security deposit against damage or extra charges. Whether it’s required, the amount, and when it’s released are listed on your quote — usually a card hold or separate charge, refunded after checkout if everything’s in order.

What are the cancellation terms?

Cancellation terms are on your quote and depend on how close you are to arrival and what the host requires. In general: cancel early and you keep most of what you’ve paid (minus a small fee); closer in, less is refundable; very late cancellations or no-shows are usually non-refundable. If we have to cancel for reasons outside your control, you get a full refund or a rebook.
