The Stone Barn Day Reset

12–20 guests · about 1.4 hours from New York

A Connecticut stone-barn day for 12–20 — exclusive barn and wooded acres, private-chef breakfast and lunch, trails, pond, and labyrinth between sessions. About ~1.25–1.5 hours each way from Manhattan; you gather for the day and return the same evening. One outcome: a clear, grounded reset without the long haul.

Where you stay

Day-only exclusive use of a private stone barn on wooded acres. Your team works in the barn, takes breaks on forest trails by the pond and stone labyrinth, then returns to the city the same evening — no overnight stay. Full commercial kitchen for your commuting private chef; wifi and AV for sessions. Substance-free property.

FAQ

How does the booking process work?

Pick a retreat that fits your team and tell us when you’re coming and how many. You’re then contacted by a local partner, who adjusts every detail with you and sends a custom quote covering the house, meals in the package, and everything else included. Once it feels right, you’re booked — one partner, nothing left to assemble.

How do I pay for my stay?

You pay Vantly, not the venue or a third party. After the quote is approved we send a secure payment link (card or bank transfer, depending on the booking). The balance and any deadline are on the quote so there’s no surprise invoice from someone else.

Will I be asked for a security deposit?

Most full-house buyouts hold a refundable security deposit against damage or extra charges. Whether it’s required, the amount, and when it’s released are listed on your quote — usually a card hold or separate charge, refunded after checkout if everything’s in order.

What are the cancellation terms?

Cancellation terms are on your quote and depend on how close you are to arrival and what the host requires. In general: cancel early and you keep most of what you’ve paid (minus a small fee); closer in, less is refundable; very late cancellations or no-shows are usually non-refundable. If we have to cancel for reasons outside your control, you get a full refund or a rebook.
