Staying local.

For a Q2 kickoff, warm-weather destinations require a flight from New York. Charleston is the shortest, at about 2 to 2.5 hours.

A sample two- to three-day agenda.

In Charleston and Savannah, let the streets be part of the agenda. San Juan suits a resort day. Nashville and New Orleans both suit a music night.

  1. Day 0. Arrivals and a welcome reception.
  2. Day 1. CEO or CRO keynote, product and compensation-plan sessions, segment breakouts, and a team dinner.
  3. Day 2. Enablement workshops and role-play, a customer or partner panel, and an awards night.
  4. Day 3, optional. A half-day leadership session, then departures.
