Q4 Sales Kickoff (SKO) destinations from Seattle

Seattle's Q4 shortlist is Palm Springs, Scottsdale, Maui and Honolulu. The desert picks are short nonstops at their best in October and November, and Hawaii is the long-haul reward as Seattle's rainy season sets in.

Palm Springs and Scottsdale move from the high 80s and low 90s in October to the 70s in November, with almost no rain. Hawaii stays in the 80s all quarter. Leave out the week between Christmas and New Year's, when offices empty.
