Q4 Sales Kickoff (SKO) destinations from SF Bay Area

San Francisco has five Q4 options. Three are drives (Napa, Monterey, Tahoe) and two are short desert flights. Autumn is harvest's end in wine country, the desert's best season, and the start of ski season at Tahoe.

October is dry and mild across Northern California. From November, rain returns to Napa and Monterey and snow to Tahoe, while Palm Springs and Scottsdale stay dry and in the 70s. Avoid late December, from Christmas through New Year's Day.
