Q3 Sales Kickoff (SKO) destinations from Austin

Austin's Q3 shortlist heads west and up: San Diego, Beaver Creek, Napa and Lake Tahoe. Texas and the Gulf Coast are at their hottest in late summer, so every pick here is markedly cooler than home.

Highs in Q3 range from the mid 70s in San Diego and the mountains to about 80°F in Napa. San Antonio and New Orleans run in the 90s and are better saved for Q4.
