In Texas and Louisiana, April and May highs sit around 80 to 87°F. Nashville is milder. Las Vegas is dry and climbs fast toward 99°F by June.

Staying local.

San Antonio is about 80 miles south of Austin on I-35. The drive is usually about 1.5 hours, longer at rush hour.

A sample two- to three-day agenda.

San Antonio lets teams walk the River Walk between sessions. In Nashville, book a night of live music. In New Orleans, plan a dine-around in the Quarter. In Las Vegas, keep every session in the hotel and save the Strip for the last evening.

  1. Day 0. Arrivals and a welcome reception.
  2. Day 1. CEO or CRO keynote, product and compensation-plan sessions, segment breakouts, and a team dinner.
  3. Day 2. Enablement workshops and role-play, a customer or partner panel, and an awards night.
  4. Day 3, optional. A half-day leadership session, then departures.
