Q4 Sales Kickoff (SKO) destinations from Los Angeles

Los Angeles has five Q4 options. Palm Springs, Santa Barbara and San Diego are drives, and Scottsdale and Las Vegas are short flights. The desert returns to the list now that summer heat has passed.

Desert highs ease into the 70s and 80s by November. The coast stays in the high 60s to mid 70s, with rain returning in December. Most teams are out between Christmas and New Year's, so book around that week.
